Amending Rule 4.8 of the Kosrae State Legislature’s Rules of Procedure to modify the requirements for Committee reports

BE IT RESOLVED, that this Thirteenth Kosrae State Legislature hereby endorse proposed amendment as intended and move for adoption of the resolution; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that certified copies of this resolution be transmitted to The Honorable Tulensa W. Palik, Governor of the State of Kosrae.
