Nelson Stephen

Hon. Nelson Stephen is a veteran legislator and public servant who has represented his constituency in the Chuuk State Legislature since 2005. Born in Uman Municipality, he brings a strong background in legal services and governance, including prior service as a delegate on Sovernmental structure and function. Educated at Uman Elementary School, Xavier High School, and Chaminade University in Honolulu, Hon.
